| As most of you may have noticed this site still isn't done. But rest assured we are working on finishing. Anywho even though that may be there are far too many people who have joined the village of Suna and to make things fair to the other villages we the admins ask that both nobody else joins the village at the moment and that nobody in suna get to comfortable there as we may have to ask some people to switch in the future to keep villages balanced once the site officially starts. If anybody has any complaints feel free to post your opinion on the matter but all in all this decision is final no matter what amount of bitching you may or may not do. :3

Sorry, I had to point that out and correct it. Helping every where, one error at a time. x3I'm just going to post here for things I think I've done good.
Akimichi-Clan
Jutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Baika no Jutsu [ Human Bullet Tank ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Body-Mutation Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A Jutsu that allows the user to expand the size of their body, becoming large and balloon-like in shape. By the use chakra the user is able to propel themselves into a powerful, but slow, roll. It is difficult for the user to turn in this form. In this form normal taijutsu and certain ninjutsu up to and below the user's rank will do less damage. It Requires one chakra per turn to maintain.
Name: Mizudan Suisha [ Ballistic Waterwheel ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Body-Mutation Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: After the user swallows a great amount of water to make themselves into a human-sized ball, they tuck their limbs inside their clothes and use chakra to propel themselves into a powerful roll. The added water gives the user extra weight, causing more damage to the opponent and area. This is an excellent technique to use against Water Release users as it not only nullifies their attack but also turns it against them. The user is only allowed to swallow water jutsu up to his rank or lower. Requires Water to be around.
Name: Bunbun Baika no Jutsu [ Partial Multi-Size Technique ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Body-Mutation Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: An ability that allows that the user increases the size of a specific part of the body, typically increasing an arm or leg to a massive size. That limb will temporary increase in strength, allowing the user to crush nearly anything around the user with ease. Requires one chakra per turn to maintain.
Name: Nikudan Senshan [ Human Bullet Various Tank ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Body-Mutation Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Used after multiplying in size with the Baika No Jutsu. The user's body will begin to rotate at high speeds, and roll forth at an enemy. This ball can bounce, allowing it to land on opponents and giving it immobility, and makes the target more difficult to hit. Does not require further chakra to maintain.
Name: Nikudan Hari Sensha [ Spiked Human Bullet Tank ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Body-Mutation Rank: B Orientation: Defensive Cost: Effects: A more powerful version of Senshan, this version also alters the Hair of an Akimichi, causing it to expand around the body and becomes spikes around the user's Senshan, increasing the deadliness of the roll and shielding the user from further damage. Requires Baika No Jutsu. Does not require further chakra to maintain.
Name: Chō Baika Jutsu [ Super Multi-Size Technique ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Body-Mutation Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A Powerful Jutsu which allows an Akimichi to increase the size of his entire body, literately becoming a giant, their strength increasing dramatically as each of their blows feels the same as having a building thrown on an opponent. Requires 2 Chakra per turn to Maintain.
Name: Chou Harite [ Mega Palm Thrust ] Sub-type: Body-Mutation Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: Chou Harite is a taijutsu technique which is used in conjunction with the Akimichi clan's Chō Baika no Jutsu. After increasing their body size, the clan member will focus a special chakra to their palms. The user funnels chakra into their hands and thrusts their palms to the ground, causing extensive crushing damage to anything that may be caught beneath them.
Name: Chōkaihō [ Butterfly Bullet Bombing ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Body-Mutation Rank: A (Automatically usable regardless of rank during Red Pill.) Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A Taijutsu created by the Akimichi Clan. The user will begin drawing their chakra into a single blow, forcing their calories to burn in order to generate a superb chakra. After converting calories in chakra, the ninja will lose much weight, becoming very thin until he fully recovers. The user concentrates an enormous amount of chakra in his hand, that quickly spins. As in the Chidori, ninja crosses the enemy with its fist, destroying it with the increased strength and chakra. A deadly jutsu as much for the target as for the user. Is almost guaranteed to kill the one on the receiving end. There really isn't anything to edit in this clan, as you can read, I added their english names and a few jutsus I came by while searching the Clan up. These added Jutsu are "Chou Harite" and "Mizudan Suisha". That's one down, I guess? Any comment's or complaints? Otherwise I'm heading to the next cannon clan.
EDIT 1: Second Clan is Aburame. Clan is fine when it comes to jutsu, english names added.- Spoiler:
Name: Kikai Bushin no Jutsu [ Bug Clone Technique ] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Mushi Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: Effects: This technique generates a clone made of bugs, often used with the replacement technique after being used to confuse an enemy. This clone cannot perform any jutsus, but can attack an enemy, as well as be used in conjunction with the Kikaichū technique.
Name: Senro [ Tracking Technique ] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Mushi Rank: Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: With this jutsu, the user will be able to pursue his allies or his enemies. The only thing that ninja must do is to implant a female bug in the enemy and to leave that the male pursues do the rest, simply by following the smell of the female. The maximum distance that a male bug can smell the female is seven miles.
Name: Suzumebachi Tei [ Scouting Technique ] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Mushi Rank: D Orientation: Cost: Effects: The user will spread his insects over a large distance, using their chakra sensitivity to effectively scout the area, making an Aburame useful for scouting out enemies.
Name: Mushi Kabe no Jutsu [ Bug Jar Technique ] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Mushi Rank: C Orientation: Cost: Effects: The user will make the bugs leave its body. Then the bugs will surround the user and will surround him, creating a barrier. The barrier is capable to repel missile weapons, but it does not prevent most types of jutsu. The veil of insects makes an opponent unable to see what lays within.
Name: Kikaichuu no Jutsu [ Leaching Technique ] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Mushi Rank: C Orientation: Cost: Effects: The unique ability of the Aburame Clan's Kikaichuu insects that lay within their body, this technique will cause the insects have latched onto an opponent. The bugs will begin to absorb an enemy's chakra, taking away 3 chakra per turn as long as they are in contact with an enemy, swarming around them. This technique does not have a base cost, and functions as long as the user pays 1 CP per turn to maintain it.
Name: Hijutsu: Mushi Miyu [Secret Technique: Insect Cocoon] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Mushi Rank: B Orientation: Cost: Effects: The absolute defense of the Aburame, this technique creates a large cocoon around the user, the insects binding against each other with chakra to create a powerful barrier that prevents many forms of attack and jutsu. The user may defend themselves while manipulating other insects.
Name: Kikaichuu Tsumuji [ Insect Whirlwind ] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Mushi Rank: B Orientation: Cost: Effects: In this jutsu, the bugs attack forming a cyclone type of move to hit the enemy. Each individual insect will form chakra around them, turning each the entire swarm into a great rotating blade capable of slicing an enemy apart.
Name: Hijutsu: Mushidama [ Secret Technique: Insect Sphere ] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Mushi Rank: A Orientation: Cost: Effects: A Jutsu which releases a great horde of insects that immediately surround an opponent, binding together to create a sphere around an enemy that quickly closes in, until the enemy's body is surrounded by the insects. Replacement techniques may not be used in response to this technique due to it's chakra draining nature, and speed based technique are useless while the insects are conjoined, as any caught within it will immediately feel the draining effects. Insects killed will immediately replace themselves during the user's turn. Enemies who are contacted by the insects will immediately lose ten chakra. This technique requires chakra to be maintain each turn.

| Yah Jio, just do the jutsu, I got the history stuff already planned out Nara - Spoiler:
BACKGROUND: Clan's name: "Nara" [No Meaning]
Clan's biography: The Nara clan originates from a remote island near the Land of Fire. There were two other islands next to the Nara's which were inhabited by the Akimichi and the Yamanakas respectfully. When a volcano erupted on the island, all of it's inhabitants migrated to the Land of Fire. They eventually found themselves in the Konoha. Once there, they grew a business in raising deer. However, they didn't know how to grow the plants that the deer would eat. With their island destroyed, they had no way to get any without spending a considerable amount of money. That was when the Yamanaka's came. They agreed to sell the herbs and plants that the Nara's deer needed. The Nara lived a happy life, until a group of Yamanaka shinobi came to the Nara's clan leader, demanding all of the money that the Yamanaka's had lost by selling these herbs to the Nara. The Nara refused to do this, and a war broke out. The Nara and the Yamanaka fought for a long time. That was until the Akimichi arrived in Konohagakure. They agreed to help the Nara out to defeat the Yamanaka, if the Nara gave the Akimichi a years supply of deer. The Yamanaka's were about to be wiped out until the Hokage stepped in. He forced them to stop fighting, and had them sign a peace treaty. This peace treaty included a trade agreement. The Yamanaka would supply the Nara's deer with food. The Nara would supply the Akimichi with deer. And the Akimichi would give the Yamanaka's an unlimited supply of butterflies. It really isn't known why the Yamanaka would need butterflies, but whatever.
Clan Members: N/A
[font=georgia][size=18]GENETICS:
Bloodline's name: N/A
Bloodline's type: Chakra Manipulation
PRIZED POWERS:
Passive traits/abilities: Geeked-Up: All Nara's are just smart. No one really knows why though. All Nara's have a 200 IQ level, or more. This can easily be used in battle, by applying a whole bunch of science stuff in their strategies.
What a Drag: Along with being smart, most Nara's are really lazy. Whenever a Nara is Rping to learn a new jutsu or any other request, they are only required to do 1/8 less of the normal requirements.

You aren't "yelling" now and you have an error. x3 Now, I have question when you were doing this "yelling" were you yelling loud or very loud? o.O
Inuzuka Clan
Jutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Shikyaku no Jutsu [ Four Legs Technique ] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Chakra Manipulation Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: - Effects: Shikyaku no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. After forming the needed hand seals, chakra begins to emit from the body of the clan member and they take on a more canine-like appearance. These body changes give them increased speed and agility, along with claws and fangs.
Name: Juujin Bunshin [ Beast Human Clone ] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Chakra Manipulation Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: - Effects: Juujin Bunshin is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. First the clan member and the familiar may ingest a soldier pill to help their strength and stamina. Then, acting in conjunction with the clan member, the canine familiar will transform them self into a copy of the clan member. While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original.
Name: Tsuuga [ Piercing Fang ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-Type: Juujin Bunshin Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: - Effects: Tsuuga is a variation of Gatsuuga, a Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. This version will just involve one individual clan member utilizing the spinning attack. The fast rotation will cause a damaging impact on their opponent or an nearby object when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, the ninja can rotate and strike from multiple angles.
Name: Dainamikku Maakingu [ Dynamic Marking ] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Chakra Manipulation Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: - Effects: Dynamic Marking is a technique used by the Inuzuka clan. When their canine partners release a stream of urine on their target, the clan member can use their excellent sense of smell to locate their target no matter where they are. The urine itself is more dangerous than normal urine, because of its burning and strong sticky qualities. This technique is mainly used as a set up for the Soutourou technique. When the clan member and canine familiar are spinning at such high speeds they are unable to see where they are going, but by using their nose they are able to locate their target with little trouble.
Gatsuuga [ Dual Piercing Fang ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-Type: Juujin Bunshin Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: - Effects: Gatsuuga is a supreme Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. After the familiar transforms into a copy of the clan member, both the familiar and ninja will begin a spinning attack. The preferred time to attack is when their opponent is showing an opening. Using this chance the fast rotating of the two attackers will cause a damaging impact on their opponent when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, both attackers are able to rotate and strike from multiple angles.
Name: Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge: Soutou Rou [ Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf ] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Chakra Manipulation Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: - Effects: Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge: Soutou Rou is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka Clan. This unique Konbi Henge is used by the clan member and their familiar, transforming them into a large mystical double headed-wolf. In this form the clan members can utilize the Garouga taijutsu technique.
Name: Garouga [ Dual Wolf Fang ] Type: Taijutsu Sub-Type: Juujin Bunshin Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: - Effects: Garouga is one of the ultimate Taijutsu techniques of the Inuzuka Clan. The technique is a super-spin and it uses up a massive amount of chakra, rendering the ninja and his dog almost helpless should the technique fail. The clan member familiar will first mark their target with the Dainamikku Maakingu technique. Then by using Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge, the clan member and his partner will transform into the Soutou Rou, "Two-Headed Wolf." This huge beast has several advantages, the saliva it emits will make it difficult for their opponent to find footing in the surrounding area. The large size of the beast also causes large amounts of penetrating damage when it begins its spin. Unfortunately they spin so fast they are unable to keep track of their vision. So they must entirely rely on their nose and the urine marking. If Garouga connects with the target, the opponent is ripped to pieces. Also even if they do not connect directly, the surrounding shock waves will slice into the enemy.
Name: Yajuu no Yuukai [ N/A ] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Chakra Manipulation Rank: A Cost: - Effects: This hidden technique seems to be a combination of all of the Inuzuka's previous transformations. But the user and their canine will turn into large werewolf like creatures. Standing at around 8 feet tall these werewolves are nothing to joke about. Both their strength and speed is increased during this jutsu. Allows the use of Matsuuga.
Name: Matsuuga [ N/A ] Type: Taijutsu [b]Sub-Type: Juujin Bunshin Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: - Effects: The strongest technique in an Inuzuka's arsenal. This technique requires Yajuu no Yuukai to be activated. To start this, the opponent must have first been marked by Dainamikku Maakingu. After that, the user must transform into fearsome werewolves, by using Yajuu no Yuukai. Using the size, power, and agility of this form, the Inuzuka member will spin at godly speeds, while darting towards the opponents. In a whirlwind of movement, the two werewolves will rip and slash their foe to shreds. This techniques individual power is below that of Garouga, but the fact that two werewolves are attacking at once makes the jutsu devastating. After using this jutsu, both the canine and human will turn back to the lame, normal state. But more then likely, the opponent will be dead anyways.
I couldn't find the last two A rank jutsu's names so I left it blank. |

| ...Now I'm thinking someone is editing my posts. And once again, no, you're not putting it into the correct template. You can bold someone's mistakes but you can't bold things when the freaking code has the bolding in it? Its simple people- Use the codes in the jutsu template, WITH the - Code:
-
[b]s , have the english names, and for god sakes, stop correcting me. My internet sucks as it is, I'm not exactly caring if I misspell in a topic I'm deleting as soon as things are finished. P.S. Somethings wouldn't be correct. It would be some things. Note the space. Better yet, just lose the "Some." And no, I'm not wrong in that respect. By something I wasn't referring to plural- I was using in a manner that would work fine in how I used it. Why? Because I was describing a situation, not situations. I think through things one at a time, rather then try to balance a table of "Somethings". So no, that correction would not be suitable in this case.

| Okay! Inuzuka accepted. For the last two techniques I made some guesses based on the translation knowledge I have, so if you happen to get something better let me know. Anyway, the Nara background looks good. The passive stuff, however... - Quote :

What a Drag: Along with being smart, most Nara's are really lazy. Whenever a Nara is Rping to learn a new jutsu or any other request, they are only required to do 1/8 less of the normal requirements. Besides the...Odd naming for the trait, it seems a bit unexplained. For example, I doubt Nara all have +200. I mean that really is insane if you look at the number of people in real life. I mean +140 is considered genius. +200 seems a bit much. 150, alot more believable. The few Nara's we have seen are all intelligent, and Shikamaru may be 200+ possibly, but I don't think that base 200+ is good. That and there's the whole "Player versus character" intelligence deal. What a Drag...Actual seems like a decent idea...Save I'm not sure when we have situations when people get to do less of the RP Work. Still waiting of Magnetism from Kazuya. Aburame accepted.

What does this mean? Progress, Progress, Progress!!!
As a side note, let me know if anyone is particularly inactive and has high rank. We don't want to start things with dead leaders.

| Hm...At the moment activity seems to be somewhat low. Now, I'd like to begin things as quickly as possible but, stuff happens. Now, I am considering allowing the site to open in a "Beta" form. That being that anything worked on and finished may be used at this point for RP Purposes. Thus, we could begin events. Now, this could give people a taste of what we've been trying to do. I also hope it'll convince people to work to be able to use things they yet are to have.
Now, if we start this up, I'm going to need to know that we have reliable Jutsu Mods and Kages assembled. As much as me and Rai will be happy to assist with working everything, we're going to need some insurance that we won't be running everything.
Infact, I specifically will be running story. (Not "I am the Villain", but I am the story teller per se...With obvious input and assistance from Alex.)
Anyone currently somewhat active, let me know yer thoughts.

| Well the opening isnt a bad idea but before anything i think we should establish which clans reside in which region. As I know so far most of our members would like to help with some of the work. The idea of a narrator of the plot you planed out isnt bad but you fit villan better. As for our jutsu mods Rai and Mori are active but we need checks and balances. An mod count of 3 and atleast two of the mods check it and see if they agree. My last suggestion is shoushi gets someone he can trust to help with the clans. Thank you good day to all. | |

The Clan Local will be noted. As well as number limits.
