| Knowledge skills - Spoiler:
Genjutsu Knowledge Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type..
Ninjutsu Knowledge Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself.
Taijutsu Knowledge Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus. Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free.
Ability Skills - Spoiler:
Strength and Power Level I: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. Level II: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, which allows them to deliver more damage in their Taijutsu attacks. The strength level of the ninja will be enough to crack stone with an attack. Level III: Allows the ninja to use strength related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). first level free
Genjutsu Resistance Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I.
Weapon Specialist Level I: The user is proficient in basic weaponry, allowing him to utilize light weapons such as the sword and bow. They are also more skilled in weapon-based jutsus. Level II: Shinobi are now more potent in their weapon usage, allowing them to carry and wield two light weapons and fight with Medium Weapons. Level III: At this level, a ninja may now wield most if not all forms of weapons. They are able to carry up to three light weapons, two medium, and may now wield heavy weapons.
Sunaton jutsu's - Spoiler:
Sunaton: Suna Seisei no Jutsu Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Sunaton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive A skill where the user can coat a projectile or a weapon with sand. When the user goes to attack the opponent, when hitting the sand is further used to increase the damage of the wound. The sand will disperse from the weapon after two posts of being used. Require Sand to use. Cost: 3
Sunaton: Suna Buki no Jutsu Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Sunaton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive A technique where the user can concentrate their chakra into sand that is near them, having it compress together and harden. From the sand will emerge a weapon that is dense and lightweight. Its not the most ideal weapon to use against Steel Weapons as it will generally tear apart the weapon as the battle goes on. Require Sand to use. Cost:6
Sunaton" Suna Kyanon no Jutsu Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Sunaton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Effect: A skill where the user has their chakra flow through the ground creating a ball of sand. The ball is then fired from the ground sending it flying towards the opponent. This ball packs a tremendous punch and can easily break through up to A ranked Barrier Ninjutsu. Require Sand to use. Exclusive for Suna's ninjas. Cost: 9 ............................................ Still have to rp for this jutsu. Sunaton: Suna Chinka Jin Type: Ninpo Sub-Type: Sunaton Rank:C Orientation: Defense/Offense This jutsu allows the user to fuse within sand, literally disappearing into it, being able to fuse into a pile covering a 2 by 2 area or greater. Allowing the user to move around within the area of sand, being able to pop out at any time and strike, or pull them into the sand. Cost: 6

Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost:1 Effects: The Henge technique is an ability utilized by a ninja to alter their body to a limited degree, molding their chakra into the shape of another and giving it the appearance of said person. Finally, they alter their voice in order to fit their character. The transformation is far from perfect however, a disguise that keen eyes and ears can see through. Mannerisms, speaking patterns, and knowledge of the one copied are not necessarily known to the user of this technique. While this jutsu does imitate physical appearances, it does not grant any unique qualities. Bloodlines, mutations, and other body alterations are not granted upon the Henge user- They only appear to be. This jutsu is easily disrupted when struck.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill: Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once. Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

Name: Botsuraku Gozō no Jutsu [Diminishing Air Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 6 Effects: An illusion in which makes the target believe that the air supply around them is slowly diminishing them, making them feel as if they were really in a situation that they cannot breath. Because the mind is convinced there is no air the target’s mind restricts them from breathing. This instills fear in the target and if isn’t dispelled eventually can cause the target to faint.
Rakanken [Enlightened Fist] - Spoiler:
Name: Kumōretsu [Violent Bear Rage] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Rakanken Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 5 Effects: A greater form of Ōshi, Kumōretsu utilizes chakra projected the feet similarly in the manner of water-walking to shoot the user forward at an enemy like a fired bullet. The ninja will gather the chakra upon their soles before stomping forward, thrusting their first forward and utilizing the gathered momentum to increase the power of their punch.
Name: Zōgenni [Elephant Strengthen] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Rakanken Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 9 Effects: This is a special technique that uses Chakra to temporary expand the muscle of the body, specifically those of the arms and legs. This increase in the body's muscle sells will greatly improve the user's strength, allowing them go beyond their previous limits. Requires Level III Taijutsu.
Name: Ryukujiku [Dragon Crush] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Rakanken Rank: B Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: 8 Effects: This jutsu focuses chakra into the ground and performs a powerful stomp. This will cause a tremor beneath the earth, causing it to shatter beneath him abruptly, causing a miniature quake. This attack will cause the ground around an enemy to collapse, as well disorient him. If this kick is instead used directly upon a foe, it will easily break bones when it strikes.

| You can afford level II gen resist. Right a Roleplay for any custom jutsu you might have, (Or say you bought it with Bonus Points X3) and move this yerself. Bum. | |

Edit: Yah I fixed the jutsu, left it in there, but said that I will rp for it later. Anyways yah I don't want the skill to be leveled up, so I'm just going to leave it as it is >> | |
