Appearance: Hiruzen has a fashion that would seem very unfitting of a man of his status as Kazekage. Believing that the heavy robes of the Kazekage office did not work for the heavy sun that always burned down onto the village hidden in the sand, a man would quickly overheat in such clothing. However in the occasions where he is forced to wear the formal attire he dons it. The long white robe is made of wool that doesn't breath very well that is trimmed with a dark orange color in comparison with the bland white that takes the majority of the suit. Together with the bright robe Hiruzen wears a heavy Kage styled hat, fit together with the symbol of the village and light flaps on the sides of the hat. As you can tell these things would be quite uncomfortable.
Instead of the normal Kazekage garb Hiruzen instead chooses to wear something a bit less formal. Hiruzen chooses to wear a black tank top that sticks insanely close to Hiruzen's body, showing off his ninja built physique. The tank top has bold red lines that lead to red circles that once again lead on to more red lines and so on and so forth. Combined with this Hiruzen overlays the tank top with a short dark green hooded vest that loosely fits onto him. The vest itself is made of a very fine material as it was something that came from Hiruzen's personal funds. As mentioned prior the vest's majority color is dark green it however, has white lining the edges of it, and has thick white fur lining the hood of the vest.
Now that we got that cleared away lets get to the important bit. Indeed, now we talk about Hiruzen's pants. The pants that Hiruzen wears is a set of dark brown leather pants that reach all the way down to the base of his ankles and strangely breath extremely well. Paired with this Hiruzen wears a pair of black ninja shoes that quite frankly, are awesome. And with his regular set of clothing Hiruzen has a set of four black leather bands along his wrists that don't seem to do anything but give a taste of Hiruzen's horrible fashion. And although i said this before the most important thing to Hiruzen's appearance besides his pants is...his shades. At nearly all times Hiruzen can be seen wearing round tinted red polarized shades that seem to do nothing but block the sun from getting in his eyes.
Now that we have gotten Hiruzen's clothing and such out of the way we will now move on to his physical appearance. Like said above Hiruzen is defiantly not scrawny to say the least, instead he has a impressive muscular frame that is nearly always shown from the skin tight tank top that he wears. Hiruzen is also at an above average height of six foot two, being unusually tall for a full grown man in the ninja world. Along with his height Hiruzen weighs in at one hundred and ninety three, the majority of his weight coming from his awesome muscular frame. Coming matched with his clothing Hiruzen has long black hair that flows down to just below his neck, although it is usually tied up in a ponytail. It seems to frame his face, including his large jaw. Along with this he also has large almond shaped black eyes. Oh, and do finish he has an Ouroboros tattoo on his hand, an Ouroboros being the image of a snake eating its own tail, making a circle of rebirth.
Personality: Hiruzen is a person of many words, being eccentric in many ways it is his ways of dealing with things that most believe is unfitting of a person of his status. Beyond that Hiruzen is an easy going type of person who loves any kind of freedom he can get. When it comes to a favorite type of animal Hiruzen strangely favors penguins over any type of animal in the world. His favorite hobbies include the designing of puppets, staring at large breasted women and the thought of people being abducted by aliens with their advanced technology.
Hiruzen's natural ability to think under tactical stress and his unyielding stubbornness that elected him for the role of Kazekage. For all of his strange habits there are a few things that he absolutely dislikes. One of which would be small breasts, which he hates for reasons unknown. Another thing he dislikes is the cold, all his life he lived in the sweltering heat of Kaze no Kuni and it is the absolute cold that he despises. And the animal he hates more then anything else would be a moose, because seriously, you ever watch one of those things eat some peanuts? Creepy as hell. Since Hiruzen grew up as a merchant's son he is particularly open to foreigners in his village, not because of a political view on things but because that he believes that his village should be open to those who need it, if they can find the village of course. Because of how he acts many of the higher ranking members of the country such as the Daimyō of Kaze no Kuni believe that Hiruzen is quite, quite insane. History: The Story of Shikaku Hiruzen is one of wonder and mystery that many people would not believe. Some say that he was a child born under the sun of the sweltering desert of Kaze no Kuni. Some would say he grew up as a lone hunter finding his way by tracking a pack of hyena's. Of course that story is mainly a joke based on his eccentric styles of life and his cruel sense of humor. But alas neither of the stories are fully true but each has a sense of truth in them, Hiruzen was born to a family of gypsy travelers who performed great acts such as breathing fire or moving entire bodies of sand in an instant. Of course by today's standards it is a common site. His Mother and Father were two of the traveling companies best performers, his mother a master of ripping the iron from the ground they walked on and perform masterful tricks. And his father a puppeteer of great skill. It had been a time in which the gypsy's had settled down into a strong town, using their great powers to form wall's of powerful sand, grinding them down till they were strong as stone, and lined with steel. It was in the stride of this new village that Shikaku Hiruzen was born.
Years after the village was created Shikaku had been born to the puppeteer and the iron manipulator. It was then that the then leaders of the village decided that this child would be destined to rule the village one day, but he could not grow in the village, as he would have to hold the gypsy tradition in his mind. And with that the parents were sent off into the desert to continue living their life in the freedom of the desert. As the boy grew his latent talent began to show as he showed his natural affinity for both of the talents of his parents, manipulating the sand in the desert and controlling sleeping animals with his chakra strings. In the end his parents believed what the elders said was true, their child truly was what their legends spoke of, he was the Kazekage.
It was at the age of fifteen that his parents passed on, and he was forced to live on his own for the first time in his life. He had then spent his life tracking a family of wolves across the desert of Kaze no Kuni. They were a special breed of wolves whose pelts were sought after by any hunter in the land. He spent his time carefully following the pack across the desert, and it was at the age of twenty five that he finally got his chance. And he took it. Armed with a dagger fashioned from the metal he made himself he slaughtered the pack of wolves and took their pelts and returned to his village with pride, as he was told to do after achieving a great feat by his parents. The village elders had long implemented the system of the ninja but had long without a leader, had long been without a Kage to fall behind. And it was four years ago when the village declared that the Kazekage had come to them, it was then that Hiruzen became the Kazekage.

Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:

Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.

Name: Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppetry Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kugutsu Rank: C-rank Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: 6+1PT Effects: The Kugutsu technique allows the user to form strings of chakra that are used to control and object, mainly puppets. The user winds their chakra through the puppet's body, the chakra wires becoming a nervous system of sorts for the marionette. When moving one's fingers, the puppet will respond, moving it's limbs as the puppet master dictates. This way, a puppeteer can fight from afar. The user may manipulate other inanimate objects, such as projectiles, as well as multiple puppets at once. However, the more items the puppeteer controls at once, the less capable he is at using each of them. For this reason, lesser ninja tend to control few puppets, while higher ranks are capable of controlling many. The Kugutsu Jutsu need only be activated once, however, requires a maintaining cost each turn after the initial activation. The maximum amount of standard puppets controllable by this technique is ten.

Name: Shindosachi [Shock Touch] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Cost: 2 Effects: A technique which acts similarly how one can channel static electrcity through a person by merely contacting them, this move consists electrifying the user's chakra throughout the body and projecting it upon touching an opponent, sending a jolt of electricity through their body, painfully attacking via the nerves. This jutsu may be maintained.
Name: Raiton: Juudenki [Charger] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: An electrical technique that sends a surge of electricity through the body, causing mild pain through the nervous system. The purpose of this is to force the body to be aware, giving pain in order to "Re-start" the system. This is useful for preventing the body from falling unconsious, assisting one when disoriented, and aiding in concentration. This effect does not break genjutsus, though depending on the illusion may aide them in resisting it.
Name: Raiton: Denryuu [Electrical Current] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 4 Effects: Denryuu allows the user to focus their chakra to the tip of their fingers and release a beam of lightning, which will shoot forward to impale a target. Small and brittle, the technique is nonetheless useful for striking from a distance, and can be seen as a "Sniping" technique.
Name: Raikyuu [Lightning Ball] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 7 Effects: A technique in which the user projects their chakra by bouncing the energy between their hands, causing a resonating effect with their energy. By adding elemental control, the sphere will then take on a charge, sparking into existing and creating a ball of lightning. This sphere can then be thrown at an enemy, electrocuting anything it touches in a blast of energy.
Name: Raiton: Raisehou [Lightning Torrent Gun] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: C Orientation: Defensive, Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: This technique is a close-range jutsu that consists of focusing electrified chakra to the palm of the user's hand, condensing it until the jutsu is utilized. Upon usage, the stored electricity will spray forward randomly, striking anything near the spray of lightning, deflecting projectiles, striking foes, and defending the user from earth-based techniques.
Name: Ikadzuchi no Kiba [Lightning Bolt Fang] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 7 Effects: A lightning ninjutsu that attacks indirectly, first concentrating the electrical power before shooting it into the sky, where it will then arc down again at an opponent. While in the air it will take the form of a bolt, firing itself at an opponent and piercing anything in it's way. Because of the slight delay, the move can not be used quickly, however, it can avoid obstacles that directly interfere with it's path.
Name: Raigeki no Yoroi [Lightning Strike Armor] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary, Defensive Cost: 9 Effects: A technique that begins in an identical fashion as Ikadzuchi- However, the bolt will instead shoot downward back upon the user, impacting their body and surrounding them with chaotic lightning. Surging around the Shinobi, a glowing armor of lightning will be created. This armor will shield the body by having electricity lash out at anything that nears the target, as well as make any contact or weapons the user uses to be engulfed in the energy as well, adding a shocking effect to any blows they do. Because of this dual nature, getting near one using Raigeku no Yoroi is a dangerous task. This jutsu requires two chakra per turn to maintain.
Name: Gian [False Darkness] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 8 Effects: A lightning-based jutsu which charges a great bolt of lightning, springing forth from the user's mouth and shooting off at an enemy. This missile is particularly destructive, rendering everything near into rubble as it shoots off at a foe, impaling them and at the same time shocking their body. Its strength is such that most barriers will fail to protect the user, for even if the actual bolt itself does not strike you, the electrical energy may still pass into you.
Name: Raiokami [Lightning Wolf] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: 8 Effects: A ninjutsu that calls forth a beast of thunder, it's body stemming from your hand and forming into a dire wolf. This creature, as long as the user is maintaining the chakra from the hand to the beast, will move to the user's will, springing forth at foes with it's charged fangs or acting a shield- whatever the situation requires. The Raiokami's body is easily disrupted, however, the user may reform its body by paying 1 more chakra for maintaining. Because it consists of lightning, the Raiokami is as fast as it.
Name: Ikadzuchi no Utage [Lightning Bolt Feast] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 15 Effects: Like it's predecessors, Ikadzuchi consists of the ninja releasing a blast of lightning. This jutsu uses far more chakra however, causing the capabilities of the jutsu to be improved. Upon being shot into the sky, it shall split into a score of bolts, the barrage of bolts raining down upon a foe.
Rairyuu no Tatsumaki [Lightning Dragon Tornado] Name: Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: A Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: 18 Effects: Rairyuu is a jutsu that spins an electircal field around the user, rotating it at gradually increasing speed and expanding the size of it. These conditions will cause a great cyclone of lightning to rage into existence. This tornado surrounding the user will move with the user- So striding towards a foe will cause Rairyuu to move with you. The rotating lightning casts as a blade, slicing anything near it and releasing small bolts of lightning erradically.

Name: Joushou Hashira [Rising Pillar] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: D Orientation: Defensive, Supplementary Cost: 4 Effects: A simple technique that costs the earth to rise, a pillar of stone that shoots forward. This can be used to create a barrier to impede an enemy's progress, defend against attacks, and even be created below shinobi to lift them above the battlefield.
Name: Dochuu Eigyo [Underground Fish Projection] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: C Orientation: Defensive, Supplementary Cost: 6 Effects: A ninjutsu that defies normal surfaces and allows a Shinobi with an earth affinity to literately "Phase" into the ground, allowing them to travel beneath it in a manner similar to as if the user was in water.
Name: Doro Gaeshi [Mud Overturn] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: 6 Effects: An earth based technique which controls the ground in front of the user, taking a large section of it and raising it before the user, forming a sturdy wall capable of withstanding most normal attacks and lesser jutsus. Great impacts may shatter it, however, though the wall will still lessen the force of an attack.
Name: Retsudo Tenshou [Revolving Split Earth Palm] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 5 Effects: An earth jutsu which manipulates stones in a manner similar to telekinesis, allowing them to levitate and throw nearby rocks. This gives them a vast amount of projectiles to utilize against an opponent, though only a few objects may be moved at a time, and none of great size. This jutsu may be utilized for multiples turns, allowing them to let loose a barrage of stones upon an opponent.
Name: Doton Resshin [Disastrous Earthquake] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: A Orientation: Defensive, Offensive Cost: 15/3 per turn Effects: A jutsu capable of shifting the tectonic plates beneath the ground, causing dramatic seismic activity in the area. This loosening of the ground allows the user's to manipulate this force and focus in in specific areas, causing the ground to rise, break apart, and shift against an opponent- The battlefield itself becomes an enemy to face. This jutsu is particularly powerful due to the number of ways the user can cause the quakes to effect the earth, giving them a versatile number of ways to attack their opponent. This jutsu may be used for multiple turns at the price of 3 additional chakra for maintaining instead of 1. This jutsu is difficult to use even for A-rank Ninjas.
EXTREME! - Spoiler:
Name: Zen Fukku (Right Hook) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Seishou Kentou Rank: D Orientation: Offensive/Defensive Cost: 2 Effects: This jutsu is one of the most basic jutsu in the arsenal of the user's of Seishou Kentou. This jutsu has the user adopt a hunched stance with his fists in front of his chest, when going into combat the user moves forward and strikes towards the enemy's head or chest with his right hand, but keeping the left hand at body level to be able to defend.
Name: Nibai Fukku (Double Hook) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Seishou Kentou Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: This jutsu is very similar to the Zen Fukku technique, the player adopt's Seishou Kentou's stance and moves into combat. After closing in on the opponent the user strikes with his right hand towards the head or body while the left hand strikes at the opposite choice of the right arm.
Name: Sanjuu Kiru (Triple Kill) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Seishou Kentou Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 5 Effects: Sanjuu Kiru is a variation of the Nibai Fukku technique in it's usage of more then one strike in a row. This attack uses the user into the Seishou Kentou battle stance, and like the others requires the player to move in to close quarters against the opponent. Once in close quarters the user strikes hard with his right arm then striking with his left, if the right arm connects or misses makes no difference, as the right arm strikes upwards for an uppercut against the opponents jaw.
Name: Hayai Dageki (Quick Strike) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Seishou Kentou Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 5+2 per extra strike Effects: While the strikes of Seishou Kentou are usually very strong they can also be very fast. This attack uses the body's ability to use chakra to make their fists strike faster, in a form of a cheap stimulent so to say. Entering the boxing stance the user channels chakra into his arm's and strikes extremely fast and can continue to strike as long as the user floods power to his arms.
Name: Genjuu Ude (Strong Arm) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Seishou Kentou Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 7 Effects: An evolution of the Zen Fukku technique this attack proves that there is only one thing you should fear more then the right hook, the left hook. This jutsu is achieved using the same concept as the Hayai Dageki attack by focusing chakra into a single arm. Going into the boxing stance the user feints with their right arm and strikes with the left hand, upon impact the user releases the chakra stored in his arm to achieve a strong bone breaking attack.
Name: Zanzou (Afterimage) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Seishou Tentou Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects: This jutsu is one that is not directly offensive compared to the other jutsu in Seishou Tentou. This jutsu concentrates on the user's footwork. By focusing energy in their leg's like in the Hayai Dageki technique the user moves forward at great speed, causing an afterimage like effect behind the user as they move. However at moving such a speed this jutsu is hard to control movement. Level 2 Speed and Agility Required.
Name: Saidai Taihou (Maximum Cannon) Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu Sub-type: Seishou Tentou Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: 10 Effects: This jutsu is a combonation effort of both ninjutsu and taijutsu, the jutsu starts out with a set of hand seal's, after the hand seals are complete the user performs the steps for the Genjuu Ude attack but instead of releasing the chakra as a physical strike the user fires out a large blast of chakra from their fist. Requires Tai 2 and Nin 1 at least
Name: Saidai Sanjuu Taihou (Maximum Triple Cannon) Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu Sub-type: Seishou Tentou Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 18 Effects: This jutsu is the most destructive of all in the Seishou Tentou style, the jutsu starts with a set of hand seal's, once the hand seals are finished the user charges forward with chakra charged into both arm's. Once close enough the user strikes in quick succession with three strikes, each one possessing the strength of the maximum cannon. Requires Tai 2 and Nin 1 at least

Name: Kyasha Marionetto (Slender Marionette) Type: Assailant Material: Metal Appearance: The puppet that shikaku uses most is a puppet that was given to him by his mother during his training with her to gain his puppetry skills. The puppet has the appearence of a slender woman with pale white skin, it's eye's glass replica's colored to look like Shikaku's eyes. Hid under a robe that the puppet wears are a pair of twin edged wrist blades, with one on each arm. Stored from in the left leg of the puppet is three smoke bombs, these bombs are simply placed onto a spring, placed so they will fall out when the cap of the knee opens up, which is on a small latch. The setup is similar for the right knee, but with flash bombs. And to finish the puppet has a senbon launcher in it's chest cavity, which opens up with a latch as well. Equipment: 1/Twin Edged Wrist Blade/Left Arm 2/Twin Edged Wrist Blade/Right Arm 3/x3 Smoke Bombs/Stored in left leg, dropped from knee. 4/x3 Flash Bombs/Stored in right leg, dropped from knee. 5/x20 Senbon in Launcher in Chest
