| Knowledge Skills- Spoiler:
Genjutsu Knowledge * Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type.
Ninjutsu Knowledge * Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
Taijutsu Knowledge * Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. * Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus. Ability Skills- Spoiler:
Weapon Specialist * Level I: The user is proficient in basic weaponry, allowing him to utilize light weapons such as the sword and bow. They are also more skilled in weapon-based jutsus.
Assassination * Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins. * Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins. * Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja has practiced and perfected arts of killing, making him well-knowledgeable in the many possible forms of death. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins. Basic and Ninpo jutsus- Spoiler:
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Replication Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 2 Effects: A basic Genjutsu on which the user creates up to 5 copies of himself. This clones aren't real and are mainly used as a diversion. The clones can be destroyed like Kage Bunshin but they cannot hit a target. Because there are mere visual projections, they are not and do not effect their environment.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 per turn Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.
Name: Hyakkaryouran - Many Flowers in Bloom Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: D Orientation: Offensive, Supplementary Cost: 5 Effects: The user will release a multitude of flower petals from his sleeve, a pouch, or some other place which will flow through the air and circle his opponent. Then the user himself will move with the flow of the the flowers and blend in. He can then launch surprise attacks while obscured by the petals themselves. Requires Assassination Level I. This jutsu is becomes more powerful when used in conjunction with the Gokan Sakusou powder or other sense altering agents or a genjutsu equivalent or if the user has higher levels of Assassination.
Name: Fukumi Hari - Hidden Needles Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 2 Effects: The user is able to call forth 2~3 needles into his mouth and then spit them at his opponent. This jutsu has a very short range, doesn't require handseals and is fairly harmless. However, a skilled assassin with superb accuracy and detailed knowledge of the human anatomy can use this jutsu as a quick sudden surprise attack, targeting the opponent's vital acupuncture nerve centers. Requires at least Assassination Level II. Genjutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu [Paralysis Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 4 Effects: An illusion in which causes the target to feel like their entire body has become paralyzed. Because the body thinks it cannot move it actually restricts the body of movement. The user must cast this genjutsu in front of their target and within a close range or else the genjutsu won’t take full effect. The user must hold a seal in order to keep this technique going meaning no other technique can be used while this one is in effect. This can only be used once per battle for once the target’s mind has realized it’s only an illusion it cannot be tricked again.
Name: Fusenmei Genzō [Vision Blur] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 4 Effects: Fusenmei Genzō convinces the mind that their vision is blurring for a moment, disorienting them and causing an opening for attack.
Name: Kasumi Jūsha no Jutsu [Mist Servant Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 6 + 1 per turn Effects: Essentially a more advance version of the Bunshin technique, this technique produces twenty images of a person. Unlike the normal Bushin, these clones will reform if damaged as if made of a gooey substance. These clones however cannot cause any physical damage, they are still illusions.
Name: Kaben Yōkai [Petal Disguise] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 7 Effects: This illusion causes the target to see the user become surrounded by a wave of flower petals. When then petals disperse and fly away in the wind the user is then seen as invisible to the target. The user must hold a hand seal in order to keep the illusion that they are invisible active, so no other techniques can be used while this one is active.

Learning New Jutsus Jutsus now must be learned either from a Sensei or solo - It must be worked out (Rp how you learn it) before acquiring the jutsu - Without omitting the fact that the jutsu has a cost that must be paid to learn. Beware that the higher the jutsu, the more complex the rp must be, or the mods can simply deny it to you. There is no limit of words here, so you must follow yourself only, or respect your Sensei's request.
And since I am not learning any high level jutsus, I don't think I need a 5 page essay. | |
