Knowledge Skills
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice.
Genjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type.
Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use Genjutsu up to A rank of two sub-types. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level II effects.
Master Level: Allows the ninja to use up to S-rank Genjutsu of three sub-types. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level III effects.

Ability Skills
Weapon Specialist
Level I: The user is proficient in basic weaponry, allowing him to utilize light weapons such as the sword and bow. They are also more skilled in weapon-based jutsus.
Level II: Shinobi are now more potent in their weapon usage, allowing them to carry and wield two light weapons and fight with Medium Weapons.
Assassination
Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins.
Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja is able to use Assassin related Jutsus. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Master Level: Allows the ninja to be perfect at the arts of stealth and quick kills, giving them near perfect accuracy, and move without even being known. User is Immune to Chakra Sensory Master Level and is 40% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Summoning
Level I: Allows the ninja to summon a rank C creature. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II.
Free
Genjutsu Resistance
Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I.
Level II: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of one rank higher. Also, allows the use of Genjutsu Hakai. Genjutsu of one sub-type require one less chakra to break.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use Tadai Nentō. Genjutsu of one sub-type require two less chakra to break, and genjutsu of two sub-types require one less chakra to break.

Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.

Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)

Effects: A technique that utilizes steel wire, the steel wire can be utilized for tie or restrict the movement of an opponent, or bind them to a particular spot. This can also be used to after channel a jutsu through the wire. This jutsu requires Metallic Wires.
- Name: Genjutsu Hakai [Illusion Technique High Release]
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub-type: Chakra
Rank: B
Orientation: Defensive
Cost: ?
Effects: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is A-rank, it costs 3 more to break, and 5 more chakra to break if S-rank.
Effects: This advance technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of two or less sub-types.

Effects: This is an illusion in which targets the ears. It makes it so they can disguise the location in which their voice is coming from, convincing the target’s mind that they are hearing it from another place. Useful for staying hidden or confusing an enemy.

Effects: The target sees and feels his limbs slowly melting off his body, making them think they cannot use them anymore.
- Name: Sakujō Kibō no Jutsu [Illusionary Plants]

Effects: This Genjutsu causes the target to see small flowers and weeds sprout up with great speed and capture them with their vines, squeezing them so tight that it feels as if they cannot get away.
- Name: Kaben Yōkai [Petal Disguise]

Effects: This illusion causes the target to see the user become surrounded by a wave of flower petals. When then petals disperse and fly away in the wind the user is then seen as invisible to the target. The user must hold a hand seal in order to keep the illusion that they are invisible active, so no other techniques can be used while this one is active.
- Name: Mokumoku Ki Satsu No Jutsu [Silent Tree Killing Technique]

Effects: An illusion in which a giant tree instantly sprouts from the ground and entangles the target within its branches, leaving them open for an attack.

Effects: The technique is more or less it's name- The jutsu allows the user to release a steady jet of flame towards an enemy, powerfully impacting whatever it touches and burning it. The jutsu, if done properly, can be performed for long durations of time, albeit wasting chakra all the while. The flamethrower can also be directed in a different direction, as well as function while the user is moving.
- Name: Katon Haisekishou [Burning Ash Accumulation]
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub-type: Katon
Rank: B
Orientation: Offensive

Effects: A special jutsu that releases a great smog from the mouth, enveloping a foe in a great black cloud that blinds those within. The true purpose of this jutsu, however, is the fact that it can be ignited by the smallest of flames, allowing the shinobi to turn the smog into a fiery death trap. A second technique or item must be used to ignite the smog.
- Name: Katon Gouryuuka no Jutsu [Great Dragon Fire Technique]
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub-type: Katon

Effects: Katon Gouryuuka no jutsu forms a great dragon made of raging flames and releases it at an opponent. The technique is difficult to dodge due to the dragon's speed and the user's ability to redirect it mid-flight. It strikes by swallowing it's enemy whole, engulfing the enemy in it's hot flaming body. The jutsu is difficult to control however, due to's its unstable nature.

| Actually, Rai the release was edited so please read the updates to it and edit it.
