| Jutsu Registry Knowledge
Ninjutsu Knowledge Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice
Taijutsu Knowledge Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus |
Ability
Chakra Capacity Level I: Allows the shinobi to sustain a bit more Chakra. 10% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus). Level II: Allows the shinobi to sustain a greater amount of Chakra. 20% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
Agility and Speed Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency.
Assassination Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins. | Jutsus Basic

Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 The Henge technique is an ability utilized by a ninja to alter their body to a limited degree, moulding their chakra into the shape of another and giving it the appearance of said person. Finally, they alter their voice in order to fit their character. The transformation is far from perfect however, a disguise that keen eyes and ears can see through. Mannerisms, speaking patterns, and knowledge of the one copied are not necessarily known to the user of this technique. While this jutsu does imitate physical appearances, it does not grant any unique qualities. Bloodlines, mutations, and other body alterations are not granted upon the Henge user- They only appear to be. This jutsu is easily disrupted when struck.
Ninjutsu – Sumiton [Ink]

Sumi Tori Sōken – Art of Bird Spying Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Sumiton Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 2 Through chakra infused ink, the user can shape small animals for the purpose of spying. Any information they gather is only passed to the user if they return to him or her.
Sumi Ayatsuri no Jutsu – Art of Ink Manipulation Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Sumiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Through chakra-infused ink, the user can create objects such as umbrellas for everyday use. Needs no chakra to maintain.
Sumi Tsume no Jutsu – Ink Claw Technique Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Sumiton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 The user dips/paints his/her nails in chakra infused ink. The user is then able to mould the ink and wield it as claws. Requires no chakra to maintain.
Sumi Furasshu - Ink Flush Technique Type: Ninpō Sub-Type: Sumiton Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effect: By pouring some of the special ink into the ground, the user can summon several ink snakes to restrain the opponent(s) from underground. Should the opponent prove strong enough to break the binds, the snakes can reform around the target, rendering struggle pointless.
Taijutsu – Bara no Mai [Dance of the Rose]

Name: Togekei [The Thorn Whip] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Bara no Mai Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 This is the basis of the style’s attacks, thus this technique is needed to perform the others. The user utilizes their fingers and arms, so if done correctly, the Thorn Whip is able to choke the opponent by grasping their neck. Legs are also utilizes to lash outward with whip-like movements. Possible moves include leg-sweeps, back-flip kicks to the chin, overhead kicks, dropkicks, spin kicks, and UFO kicks. Requires Speed and Agility II.
Name: Nobara no Jutsu [The Wild Rose Technique] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Bara no Mai Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 The user is able to unleash a full-powered, roundhouse kick with their right leg. This move, however, will be feigned. While the right leg nears its target, the user will push off using the left leg, spin above the opponent, and land safely behind. This feint is made possible due to the nature of this style, which causes the entire body to function like that of a spring. This technique will cause the enemy to be stunned and confused, since they will have focused all their attention on the pending kick. They will be unable to comprehend how the kick did not connect or how the user ‘disappeared’. Their frozen state makes it difficult - though not impossible - to dodge an attack by the user from behind. Done extremely quickly. Requires Speed and Agility II.
Name: Tsubomi no Jutsu [The Flower Bud Technique] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Bara no Mai Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: 5 Using fluid movements and by concaving the spine, the user is able to absorb or dodge a blow from the opponent by either twisting out of the way, or by distributing the force of the attack throughout the body. This technique also minimizes damage should the user be thrown against/on to the ground. Because this move strains the spine, it may only be used in three posts. Can absorb/dodge up to C-rank attacks. Requires Speed and Agility II.
Name: Enzuigiri [The Rose Thorn Chop] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Bara no Mai Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 5 The term Enzui is the Japanese word for the lower half of the brainstem, while giri means "to chop". An upgraded version of The Wild Rose Technique. Enzuigiri opens with a roundhouse kick from the left leg that will, again, be a feint. However, this time, instead of spinning away, the user follows through with an immediate roundhouse kick from the right leg while still suspended in the air. The second kick strikes the back of the head, often causing cases of dizziness and nausea for one post. If a B-rank chakra cost is applied, this move becomes a B-rank and the kick has the potential to knock the opponent unconscious. This technique can also be used as a counter-move after a kick is blocked and the leg caught. Requires Speed and Agility II. Points K: 8/8 A: 7/7 …… Genin: 0/100 JP
