Knowledge Skills

Ninjutsu knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice.

Agility and Speed
Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II.
Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency.

Seal Knowledge
Level I: Allows the user to utilize their Curse Seal First Level at will and allows them to ignore the Pain of when the Seal is placed.
Level II: Allows user to utilize the First Level of the Curse Seal better, being able to use the Seal for one more round. It also allows the user to use the Fūja Hōin(Evil Sealing Method)

Weapon Specialist
Level I: The user is proficient in basic weaponry, allowing him to utilize light weapons such as the sword and bow. They are also more skilled in weapon-based jutsus.

Effects: A technique which acts similarly how one can channel static electrcity through a person by merely contacting them, this move consists electrifying the user's chakra throughout the body and projecting it upon touching an opponent, sending a jolt of electricity through their body, painfully attacking via the nerves. This jutsu may be maintained.

Effects: An electrical technique that sends a surge of electricity through the body, causing mild pain through the nervous system. The purpose of this is to force the body to be aware, giving pain in order to "Re-start" the system. This is useful for preventing the body from falling unconsious, assisting one when disoriented, and aiding in concentration. This effect does not break genjutsus, though depending on the illusion may aide them in resisting it.

Effects: Denryuu allows the user to focus their chakra to the tip of their fingers and release a beam of lightning, which will shoot forward to impale a target. Small and brittle, the technique is nonetheless useful for striking from a distance, and can be seen as a "Sniping" technique.

Effects: A lightning ninjutsu that attacks indirectly, first concentrating the electrical power before shooting it into the sky, where it will then arc down again at an opponent. Because of the slight delay, the move can not be used quickly, however, it can avoid obstacles that directly interfere with it's path.

Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.

Effects: The Henge technique is an ability utilized by a ninja to alter their body to a limited degree, molding their chakra into the shape of another and giving it the appearance of said person. Finally, they alter their voice in order to fit their character. The transformation is far from perfect however, a disguise that keen eyes and ears can see through. Mannerisms, speaking patterns, and knowledge of the one copied are not necessarily known to the user of this technique. While this jutsu does imitate physical appearances, it does not grant any unique qualities. Bloodlines, mutations, and other body alterations are not granted upon the Henge user- They only appear to be. This jutsu is easily disrupted when struck.

This shinobi has a burn mark covering half his face which will cover his left check, his left eye, and one-fourth of his body, the burn mark goes across his his left side of the chest to the end of his elbow. He had Dirty blond hair with black eyes. He is five feet and three inches tall, and weighs about one hundred twenty pounds. He had a white tone skin color, and he is also very muscular. He has no hair on his body.

Personality:
He is a nice person that is always serious, and always polite. He really never get angry and never hits anyone that he knew did nothing worng. He is a good guy that knows what are his goals in life and he is the one that never show his feeling to anyone. He does get a bit mad about the annoying questions that people ask him about his scar. He has many friends as he is also a straight A student.

History:
On December 19, a boy was born, his mother a lady who own a restaurant, and his father who was head of the ANBU Devision. Both of the parents were great they always had time for their kid and the father always trained with the boy as well.The boy knew that he was gifted, as his father knew about it, also he knew that training him would be worth it.

Years went by as the boy had gotten older about the age of nine, a terrible accident accured when the boy was sleeping in his room, he suddenly woken up from smelling smoke. He ran to the door, opened it but he was blocked by the fire that was right infront of him. Not knowing what to do he walked backwards as he looked at the fire, then suddenly the fire seemed to pop as it went straight at the boy's face on body. Feeling so much pain he fell to the floor, as he was frantically trying to get the fir off of him, but the pain was too great as his eyes atarted to close, he notice a person with a mask had appeared out of nowhere. Grabbing the boy and headed out side, a few days later the boy had woken up in a hospital as he looked at his mother and father right next to him. No one knew what caused the fire but some say that they wanted to get rid of the boy.

Years went by as Kyoshi passed the academy with flying colors, as the kid was now a shinobi, training everyday to be as strong as his father, and he hoped that one day he can be a Sannin of Konoha. A year went by as the kid started training for a mission, but for some strange odd reason he started to wonder if it was possible to be the strongest, but every time the kid tried to train, kids his age would laugh at him, and so the kid endured it as no one was there laughing at him. Ever since the fire the boy was a laughing stock. His father knew about it, as he notice the people laughing, making him sad and insulted, so he chooses to stay out of it. The father felt ashamed since the day Kyoshi went to the hospital. The boy will never know until one day that the boy had over heard his parents talking about and this crushed the boys heart so much he stayed in his room for about a week straight. He knew that this scar will never leave him so he ended up making it apart of his life.

As time went by they told him that it is possible to remove the scar in the future but it will be difficult at the same time. They told him a way that he could remove the scar, but in the end it might kill him. The boy grew up as he was now the age of 12, and he was still a Genin doing missions and stuff like that. The boy trains everyday as he knew that he would be able to become strong, and kind like his mother. The boy ended up loving himself for who he really was, and so the shinobi wanted to be wise and great.
