A Second Request

From now on, the policy of requesting will be as such-

Ninjas will be able to make two Requests per week- One of which can be related to any topic. The second request, however, must be a grading request, for Missions or Training Topics in which Ninjas will receive JP and Rank Points for their efforts. This is in order to prevent people from waiting for ages for topics to be checked.
