Personal InformationHeight: 5'6" Weight: 135 lbs" Blood Type: AB+ Eye Color: Blood Red Hair Color: White Distinctive Marks: He has a scar on his back Physical Appearance: Sōjirō's hair that is the color of freshly fallen snow falls to his neck in spikes. His Blood red eyes seem to pierce right through his bangs. His hair's color contrasts greatly against the tan of his skin. On his back underneath his shirts he has a scar that runs from the right shoulder to his left hip. The scar tissue is kind of a pink color making it extremely noticable whenever he is not wearing his coat because the uppermost portion of it extends past his tank-top. General Article[Clothing] Appearance: The primary color of Sōujirō outfit is black. His feet are covered with a black set of combat boots. He wears a pair of black leather pants go from his waist down to just beyond his ankles. He wears a black tank top with a silver cross on it under a black leather jacket. He has a necklace that is so long that he has to wrap it around his neck three times. Hanging from his necklace is a skull shaped medallion made out of solid Silver. Personality: Sōjirō is a rather kind individual but would rather be alone with his puppets in his little backroom workshop than in a crowd of "Friends". He is extremely confident in his abilities with his puppets though he isn't cocky about it. When he speaks he tends to use words that are way out of his age level though he does try and dumb it down from time to time. His view on the world is simple humans as a whole are not to be given any more trust than what they earn. Phobia(s): Phobophobia-Fear of Phobia's History: Sōjirō was the second the child of the Watanabe Family. His father was a carpenter who worked on refinishing the shell of clocks and cabinets. Sōjiro's mother was an Apothecary's apprentice so they were pretty well off. Ichirō was Sōjirō's elder brother who loved to tinker and because of such when he went off to academy he decided to specialize in the art of puppetry because he enjoyed the Mechanics of it and before Ichirō even graduated he had made his first puppet completely from scratch he named it Ai. From the moment that Sōjirō was able to walk he was all but attached to Ichirō at the hip which didn't bother Ichirō at all. Ichirō taught Sō how to do various things with mechanics as well as introduced him to the basic arts of the shinobi giving Sō a head start on everyone else that would be in his class. Sō picked up on everything that his brother taught him soaking it all up like a sponge. His brother even taught him the basics of Puppetry though that was something that Sō was a bit hit and miss on and he was barely able to move around the little toy variations of the ones that his brother was planning on building in the future. A Couple of years down the road Sō and Ichirō started on a little pet project which consisted of three Metal bodied puppets that had an ability that had never been seen before those three. During there creations they used there resources as Sons of an Apothecary to have a poison made that they built up an immunity to that they would use within there puppets. Even if the puppets were too difficult for either one of them to use there was bound to be someone that would come along and would be able to use them which would make the Watanabe family a well known portion of suna's history. One day about 6 months after they started the planning Ichirō and Sō were in the scrap ya rd looking for one last piece to put on the last scale model so that they could run some tests before building the full sized ones. A slightly older boy that was also in the junk yard with one of his friends had spotted the silver skull pendant that Ichirō wore around his neck. The boy followed the brothers and positioned himself so that he would come out in front of them when they stopped to check a pile for the piece they wanted. When the brothers went to move on The boy came out from behind the pile and looked at the elder brother and complimented him on the pendant then immediately stated how he thought that it would look so much better on him. When Ichirō refused to hand it over the boy pulled a Tantō out from behind him and pointed it at Ichirō telling him that he was going to pay for not handing it over. And just as he had finished saying that The boys buddy came up behind them and slashed Sō from shoulder to hip on his back. That sent Ichirō into a frenzy and chakra strings formed between the fingertips on his right hand and a sharp piece of metal in the pile behind the first boy. Ichirō yanked and the piece of metal came out of the pile with enough speed to not disturb the rest of it and impaled both boys sticking them to the top of a broken coffee table that was resting against a pile behind them. The next thing that Sō remembers was waking up in the hospital on his stomach so stiff that he was barely able to move but beyond that and the new scar on his back he was perfectly fine. From even before he had his doctors Okay he started to practice his puppetry capabilities hoping to one day be able to match his brother's abilities. For his tenth birthday Ichirō gave Sō Ai for a gift to show that Ichirō believed in him. The next day Ichirō went on a mission to escort a very important individual with two people that he had considered to be his closest friends and three miles from there destination his friends turned on him. Ichirō was able to hold them off long enough for who they were supposed to be escorting to get to safety. But right before the man left Ichirō gave him his necklace with explicit orders to make sure that his brother got that as long as the Kazekage knew what happened. Sō was in the academy when the news arrived that his brother had been killed by his closest friends who had betrayed not only the village but a person that they had entrusted there lives to since they left the academy. From that day on Sō has been unable to truly trust anyone. Sō finished the academy as a complete and total Loner finishing his and Ichirō's pet project. So far he has two of the three done and he carries it with him though he has yet to reveal it waiting till either he needs to or the third has been completed. | Knowledge
Genjutsu Knowledge * Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type. * Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects. * Level III: Allows the ninja to use Genjutsu up to A rank of two sub-types. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level II effects
Ninjutsu Knowledge * Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). * Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. * Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself.
Taijutsu Knowledge * Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. * Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus. * Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. Abilities
Agility and Speed * Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. * Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. * Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). * Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja.
Chakra Capacity * Level I: Allows the shinobi to sustain a bit more Chakra. 10% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus). * Level II: Allows the shinobi to sustain a greater amount of Chakra. 20% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus). * Level III: Allows the shinobi to sustain a Large amount of Chakra, 30% more. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
Medical * Level I: Allows the ninja to heal others and himself using some minor healing objects. Requires Genjutsu and Ninjutsu Knowledge level II. May not have more than two Ninjutsu. * Level II: Allows the ninja to use up to rank C medical Ninjutsu and to use more advanced healing objects. * Level III: Allows the ninja to use up to rank A medical Ninjutsu and to use any healing object.
Scroll Sealing * Level I: Allows the ninja to seal throw-able weapons (such as shuriken) up to a number of 20. It also allows the ninja to carry 1 scroll with him. * Level II: Allows the ninja to seal a puppet or human puppet inside a scroll, or One Light Weapon. Allows the ninja to carry 2 scrolls with him.

Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu [Change of Body Stance Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 2 Effects:Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.

Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost:2 Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill: Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.
Chisokuken - Spoiler:
Name: Kitai (Anticipation) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: 2 Effects: The user will focus on an opponent, watching closely for any movements. Their bodies reactions will increase as long as they remain motionless, allowing them to respond quicker to attacks. This cannot be used to make attacks faster, though this move may aid in finding an opening. This jutsu cannot be used immediately, and must be used one turn before gaining the benefits. Requires Level I Speed and Agility.
Name: Taren-Ken (Multi-Punch) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 2 Effects: The ninja will release a barrage of fist blow, seeking not to strike as hard as possible but rather as much as possible, each strike weak on its own but together a powerful flurry.
Name: Taren-Kikku (Multi-Kick) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: The ninja will release a barrage of kicks, seeking not to strike as hard as possible but rather as much as possible, each strike weak on its own but together a powerful flurry.
Name: Kūtenryu (Racing Charge) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: The ninja will gather chakra into their legs in order to blast forward at a target, running like a bolt of lightning directly at a foe, hoping like a bullet to ram into them. Their speed adding to the collision, but makes this a difficult move to control and nearly impossible to turn with. Requires Level II Speed and Agility.
Name: Bōsekitade (Spinning Heavy Blow) Type: Sub-type: Rank: C Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: 6 Effects: A technique in which the user will rotate their body at high speeds, releasing punches and kicks at anyone near them. Foes nearby will be caught off-guard by the sudden rotating blows, enhanced by the momentum caused by spinning. This technique is useful for facing groups.
Name: Tadayō [Drift] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Defensive Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: 5 Effects: The Shinobi, like with Kūtenryu, will draw chakra into their legs. This time, however, it will be released in short controlled bursts, enhancing their speed in order to weave back, forward, and side-to-side. This will allow the ninja to make their way through groups of foes, dodge as barrage of projectiles, and defend against simultaneous attacks. May be maintained for two chakra instead of one per turn. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Kiwamaruiki [Extreme Acceleration] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects: This taijutsu breaks the limits of the user's speed, enhancing their reflexes and mobility to extremes. This high increase in their agility will allow them not only to run fast but beyond the point where normal perception may keep up with them, allowing the user to essentially surround the enemy, moving from place to place in a blink of an eye striking from any point. However, as grand as this technique is, it is also extremely tiring, requiring a three chakra maintaining cost instead of one point. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Bōsekifūsha [Spinning Windmill] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: B Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: 8 Effects: Similar to Bōsekitade, Bōsekifūsha is utilized in the air. The user will be launched into the air, for whatever reason, and began to cartwheel in mid-air. Moving faster and faster, this exponential increase will cause them to become deadly rotating blade that will then fling itself at an opponent.
Name: Zanzō [Afterimage] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 10 Effects: A taijutsu that allows one to produce a "Copy" which mimics the user's movements, created by the speed that allows one to move their body at such a rate in which it seems like they are in two places. This image will be manipulated in accordance with the original's movements. Thus, moving to point A and then to B, their will appear to two ninjas at both points. And because the user moves at such a speed that it is difficult to observe, foes will be unable to easily tell the real one. The afterimage will be destroyed if touched, but will regenerate moments later. This jutsu must be utilized with either Kiwamaruiki, Tadayō, or similar jutsus. This technique does not require a maintaining cost. This technique ends when the jutsu required for it does. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Rakurainiau [Struck by Lightning] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 15 Effects: This jutsu is not complicated- The Ōgi of the Chisokuken-ryu, Rakurainiau simulates the speed of a lightning bolt, gathering an immense amount of chakra around their body to fling themselves at an opponent, be they below, above, or level. This sudden abrupt movement seems to defy the very concept of friction, with the user aiming at a central point, such as the head, heart, stomach- Perhaps even the groin. Regardless of the target, the user will race beyond natural speed to strike them with a single attack- a two finger strike, resembling Jyuken, upon a foe which will take all the gathered force. Requires Master Level Speed and Agility.

Name: Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppetry Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Kugutsu Rank: C-rank Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: 5+1per post Effects: The Kugutsu technique allows the user to form strings of chakra that are used to control and object, mainly puppets. The user winds their chakra through the puppet's body, the chakra wires becoming a nervous system of sorts for the marionette. When moving one's fingers, the puppet will respond, moving it's limbs as the puppet master dictates. This way, a puppeteer can fight from afar. The user may manipulate other inanimate objects, such as projectiles, as well as multiple puppets at once. However, the more items the puppeteer controls at once, the less capable he is at using each of them. For this reason, lesser ninja tend to control few puppets, while higher ranks are capable of controlling many. The Kugutsu Jutsu need only be activated once, however, requires a maintaining cost each turn after the initial activation. The maximum amount of standard puppets controllable by this technique is ten.
Medical Ninjutsu - Spoiler:
Name: Shōsen no Jutsu [Mystical Hand Technique] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Medical Rank: C Cost: 6 for cutting 8 for healing Orientation: Supplementary Effects:This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.
Name: Dokunuku no Jutsu [Poison Removal Technique] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Medical Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 10 Effects:This ornate jutsu uses chakra to literally pull foreign materials from someone's body, no doubt requiring precise control on the user's part to avoid causing further internal injuries to their patient.
Name: Shikon no Jutsu [Dead Soul Technique] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Medical Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 8 Effects: Using this jutsu, a person can temporarily reanimate a corpse, creating the illusion of a living person. This is achieved by causing the heart to beat once more, allowing the user to control the corpse. The reanimated corpse can serve as either a short-time ally or an effective decoy.

BASIC EQUIPMENT』 A pack issued to any ninja, that contains the following: ten shuriken, eight kunai (four for pack, four for leg holster), two smoke bombs, ten exploding tags, and one spool of wire (fifty feet).
『COMMON SCROLLS』 Rolls of paper that are used as storage by way of fūinjutsu. Things are stored within scrolls to ease the burden of moving large amounts of equipment around. Carry amount based by skill.
『FLAK JACKET』 A jacket given only to chūnin rank and higher ninja. Similar to Hitai-ite, flak jackets differ in design and color depending on the village that issued them. Expected to be worn by chunin and higher, free item.
『BASIC MEDICAL EQUIPMENT A pack issued specifically to Iryō-nin only, that contains the following: five senbon, a pair of scalpels, two rolls of medical tape, thread, disinfectant solution, among other things to be added upon the discretion of the owner. All medical supplies are sterilized.
『ZŌKETSUGAN』 A special pill unique to Iryō-nin only, the Zōketsugan speeds up the formation and increase of blood in the body. After having lost a significant amount of blood in battle, the medic can use this pill to replenish it. Carry three.

There is also a smoke bomb and a fan in the mouth of the puppet so that when it bites down on its teeth they explode releasing smoke that Sōjirō has built up immunity to through the help of his mother. Type: Assailant/Trap Material: Metal Appearance: Gokan is a medium weight green puppet made out of metal. Gokan is a quadruped unlike her sister puppets Kusabana and Ibarra. Gokan has two arms making her look almost like a centaur. This puppet is sealed inside the scroll marked stem. Equipment: The built in weapons of Gokan include panels all over her body that open up to fire roughly 100 adamant tipped poison senbons to the front, left, and right of Gokan and even in an upward direction that are attached by a retractable wire. The distance she can launch them at is equivalent to that of what a human can throw them at. She also has poison bombs inside each of her arms (right behind the wrist) and in each of her lower legs (fire out of shins or ankles). There is also blade held by each hand used in close range. The poison that the senbon are soaked in the same poison as Ai's weapons are - Quote :

Type: Assailant Material: Wood Appearance: The torso is a big wooden container that has four arms a pair of legs and spear head tail. The feet lock together around waist the arms enclose around Sōjirō's arms and the head closes in to the body when the puppet is not in use. There is also a tail that wraps around Sōjirō's waist like a belt. All in all when the puppet is inactive it kind of looks like a backpack. Equipment: Each arm has a poisoned blade that comes out of the palm of the hands and the tip of the tail is bladed and opens up releasing a hypodermic needle that injects a neurotoxin into the flesh. The poison and toxin moves its way through the body slowly feeling like acid as its work its way through to attack the nerves to cause a rather debilitating pain though unfortunately it only lasts for a short while and is rather non-lethal on its own. After entering the system it takes 2-3 posts to kick in full force and then it only lasts the span of 2 posts before it is gone leaving a rather cold feeling in the body because over the next 4 posts the sensation receptors in the body need to recuperate so they will feel no pain at all till the receptors do so.
