Skills Knowledge Skills
- # Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type.
# Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects.
Taijutsu Knowledge Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.
Ninjutsu Knowledge
- Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself.-
Ability Skills
- Chakra Capacity
Level II: Allows the shinobi to sustain a greater amount of Chakra. 20% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
Agility and Speed (Requires Taijutsu Knowledge Level II or higher) -->#Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja.
(Jutsus will have the requirement).
Strength and Power (Requires Taijutsu Knowledge Level II or higher) -->Level II: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, which allows them to deliver more damage in their Taijutsu attacks. The strength level of the ninja will be enough to crack stone with an attack.
Genjutsu Resistance
*Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I.
Hand Seal Expert -->#Level II: The Ninja has learned how to manipulate their chakra well enough to form hand seals with a single hand, though at a slower rate then normal techniques.

Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 1 Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Chisoku Yajuu no Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Normal Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 10 Effects: The jutsu allows Kujo to fully utilize his animalistic properties in term’s of speed and agility. Rai’s unique bone structure allows him to run and fight on all four’s rather effectively and this jutsu only serves to add to it by focusing chakra into his hands and feet it allows him to move at a capacity beyond the normal threshold of normal ninja do to the fact canines are much faster than humans. Increases Kujo's speed and agility by 2 fold for 3 posts after activated. Can only be used once a battle
Name: Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: B-rank Orientation: Offensive Cost: 10 Effects: Developed by the Leaf Shinobi, the Rasengan is a unique ninjutsu that uses normal chakra and has it spun into a powerful technique, an orb with whirling energy capable of felling foes. The Rasengan is a technique that uses solely shape manipulation to work it's jutsu- Because of this, it requires no hand seals, and is able to be used by ninja regardless of their elemental affinities. The technique consists of three parts- The gathering of chakra to be used for the move, the building on the sphere itself, and the rotation of the chakra- When all three are done properly, the Rasengan will be created. The sphere attacks in a drill-like manner, the rotating chakra furiously striking against whatever it touches to grind away at the of the target. The force of the move is so great that it can fling opponents away with ease. For Chunnins, the jutsu requires a shadow clone to produce the Rasengan.

Name: Raikou Stream [english] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive/Defensive Cost: 3 + 1 Effects: A simple jutsu that surrounds either of the user’s hands in a raiton current and allows the current to reach of distant of about 10 feet before coming to a stop. This jutsu is more or less used as a distraction seeing as how anybody hit with it will on receive a minor jolt however it cal be used to deflect small projectiles or even give a small weapon raiton properties of it’s own. While not physically damaging this jutsu can numb a body part slightly if it hits and can be combined with water to give it a much bigger kick. Must be maintained each turn
Name: Raikyuu [Lightning Ball] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 6 Effects: A technique in which the user projects their chakra by bouncing the energy between their hands, causing a resonating effect with their energy. By adding elemental control, the sphere will then take on a charge, sparking into existing and creating a ball of lightning. This sphere can then be thrown at an enemy, electrocuting anything it touches in a blast of energy.
Name: Raigeki no Yoroi [Lightning Strike Armor] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary, Defensive Cost: 9 Effects: A technique that begins in an identical fashion as Ikadzuchi- However, the bolt will instead shoot downward back upon the user, impacting their body and surrounding them with chaotic lightning. Surging around the Shinobi, a glowing armor of lightning will be created. This armor will shield the body by having electricity lash out at anything that nears the target, as well as make any contact or weapons the user uses to be engulfed in the energy as well, adding a shocking effect to any blows they do. Because of this dual nature, getting near one using Raigeku no Yoroi is a dangerous task. This jutsu requires two chakra per turn to maintain.
Name: Ikadzuchi no Utage [Lightning Bolt Feast] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: 12 Effects: Like it's predecessors, Ikadzuchi consists of the ninja releasing a blast of lightning. This jutsu uses far more chakra however, causing the capabilities of the jutsu to be improved. Upon being shot into the sky, it shall split into a score of bolts, the barrage of bolts raining down upon a foe

- Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Technique]
Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 3 Effects: A ninjutsu that disperses the user's chakra through the air to manipulate the water particles and alter their composition to produce a mist of varying thickness. Veiling an enemy's sight, this technique can be taken advantage of if used right, those who specialize in assassination and combat not based on sight best suited for battle in mist.
Name: Suiton: Tsuba-Kasui [Saliva Stream] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: A water technique which enhances the saliva within a Shinobi's mouth, adding chakra to it to harden the individual droplets, and then using the chakra to launch them from their mouth at high speeds. Essentially, the user will be able to launch a spit bullet from their mouth at an opponent.
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 6 +2 for each clone afterwards Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.
Name: Mizuame Nabara [Starch Syrup Capture Field] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 7 Effects: A water jutsu that carries special characteristics that cause the molecules to be adhesive. The user will release a stream of water from their mouth to create a pool of liquid, and whomever touches the water will be unable to move normally, any part of their body that makes contact with it becomes stuck to the surface of the water. Ninjas are able to escape this effect by using the water-walking technique, which cancels the jutsu's own chakra effect, but only if used before touching the liquid.
Name: Kanji Ame [Sensing Rain] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: 5 +2 to maintain Effects: The user forms the proper hand signs and upon completion dark clouds form in the air high above him and begin to rain chakra infused water in about a 50 foot diameter around the user. Since the rain is in sync with the users charkra is can sense any other chakras it touches in the area allowing the user of the jutsu to sense anything that the rain touches.

Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: 2 Effects: The user will focus on an opponent, watching closely for any movements. Their bodies reactions will increase as long as they remain motionless, allowing them to respond quicker to attacks. This cannot be used to make attacks faster, though this move may aid in finding an opening. This jutsu cannot be used immediately, and must be used one turn before gaining the benefits. Requires Level I Speed and Agility.
Name: Taren-Ken (Multi-Punch) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: 3 Effects: The ninja will release a barrage of fist blow, seeking not to strike as hard as possible but rather as much as possible, each strike weak on its own but together a powerful flurry.
Name: Kūtenryu (Racing Charge) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: 5 Effects: The ninja will gather chakra into their legs in order to blast forward at a target, charging like a bull directly upon a foe, hoping like a bullet to ram into them, their speed adding to the collision. A difficult move to control and nearly impossible to turn with. Requires Level II Speed and Agility.
Name: Tadayō (Drift) Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: 6 Effects: The Shinobi, like with Kūtenryu, will draw chakra into their legs. This time, however, it will be released in short controlled bursts, enhancing their speed in order to weave back, forward, and side-to-side. This will allow the ninja to make their way through groups of foes, dodge as barrage of projectiles, and defend against simultaneous attacks. May be maintained for two chakra instead of one per turn. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
